Oaxaca, Mexico
Oaxaca is home to our current project. Known for its rich culture and history, Oaxaca is also the third most marginalized state in Mexico as 61.9% of the states population undergoes an extent of poverty.

Children are left in an environment where they become vulnerable to surrounding germs due to the
lack of access to proper hygiene--an ongoing issue impacting Oaxaca.
​
Now as Mexico is being hit by COVID-19, these children are in great danger as resources are hard to acquire.

We got a partnership with a non profit based in Oaxaca called Vidas y Sueños Enlazados por Ayudar. We shipped 400 soaps along with 40 hand washing fliers we made to the Vidas y Sueños Enlazados por Ayudar base so they can distribute the resources to families in different communities around the state.
